I love these drumsticks more than my nonexistent wife. I am so alone every since Karen took the kids and left. I havent felt the touch of another woman. The only thing that keeps me company are the cloud people that have invaded my mind. The FBI has a aids beam pointed at my house, and I'm afraid to go outside.

I break sticks like crazy. Plain and simple wood will not withstand my rim shots or hard hitting. I bought these sticks due to the reviews about how long they last metal drummers. I play twice a week for a few hours for my church. We don't play metal (I used too) but I cannot find a stick to last more than a week. These sticks kind of have me puzzled, I broke one within 2 hours of playing at the base and the other (my snare hand) only had a few dents but looks like it will last. Usually my snare hand is the first to break so I might have got a good stick with bad grain but I will see how long the other one lasts. This might not be helpful to most people, but drummers like me who are so frustrated with finding sticks that last could get something from it.

Love the ball tips. Similar to a 5A but a bit lighter. Took one star off only because the stick doesn't have as good and solid a rebound off of a ride cymbal.

As one myself, I know that all drummers have their favourite stick type which feels right for them and this particular pair is my favourite. I bought these because I'm a massive of Joey and Slipknot, but the sticks feel right for me. They're strong, not too thick, has a nice ball tip, and are comfortable in my hand.

Lightweight and comfortable, perfect for fast playing. Have used them for about 6 months now, and although they are very splintered at the end, they haven't let me down yet in gigs or band practice. Have bought another pair and can see myself using these for a long while.
