Works Great, Wish there was a constant setting
This is a great unit and it's very easy to use, it comes with three different sizes of pads, and you get two pairs of the medium pads, a pair of large pads and a pair of small pads. I have used the medium ones several times now and I have yet had to wash them, because the adhesive is still really strong. I would suggest using it on clean dry skin, (no lotion, etc.) and the pads should last a while before you have to clean them, I usually have a session with this after I get out of the shower. The only downside that I have against this unit is that there is no setting for a constant current. They are all pulsating, some longer pulses than others. I find it rather strange and I don't know if it works as well as the other unit I used to have a long time ago. It had one mode it was on or off and you could control the power level of the current. This one seems pretty strong as far as currents go, I have been using it on the medium setting, anything above that gets painful. So if you like to use the high settings on the units this will work for you for sure. The pulsating will take some time to get used to, I find that the cupping one is more closely to the old steady current unit I had. Don't get me wrong this is a great unit, and for the price it's well worth it, but if you're looking for one that has a steady current like the older models did, this one doesn't offer that.

Helps manage my nerve pain
My husband and I both love using this unit. It helps me self manage pain from pinched nerve /bulging disc. It’s easy to setup and use. It has lots of pulse options which can be a bit confusing to select through. You can chose by body part which has preset pulse style or you can specifically chose a style like knead or tap etc. In the end after trying All the different ones I really only liked 1 of them , the one labeled neck because it’s a steady pulse. Could just be my sensitivity. Would be interested what others say. Just more of a personal preference so I did not rate down for that. Others may perfectly enjoy them.I like that I can hookup 2 separate connections -program A/B at different intensity and you can put up to 2 connections on each of those. So total of 4 stimulating pads at same time each with their own intensity setting. So often I hook up 2 On program an and my husband will hook up one on program B and we can each have our own intensity setting because he can handle much more than I can. on program a and my husband will hook up one on program B and we can each have our own intensity setting because he can handle much more than I can. have to try each one to see what you like. It also comes with different size pads so you can use in smaller or larger areas of body. I use large ones on my low back or IT band and smaller ones on back of neck or shoulders. So be careful to read about correct placement as there are a few places not to put them like around carotid artery.Comes with a nice little storage bag To keep all of the Parts from getting lost. Sometimes I throw it in my purse to do it in the car when We’re headed off on a long drive with the RV.The charge last a really long time so big points for that. I’ve only had to charge it one time since original overnight charge. Make sure you give good charge first time. You do also have to be sure to connect the pads to device before stating the current. If you try to place or remove on your body while it’s running you will get a little shock. Nothing dangerous but it stings for sure.Overall for money good value and does what I wanted.

I definitely recommend this tens unit!
As a Massage Therapist, I am always looking for a way to help myself. As regards to taking care of myself I bought this tens unit. I love it. It works fantastic. I highly recommend this particular. One does not take a lot of space. You could probably keep it in your pocket while it is giving you the therapeutic treatment. I love the different settings for the different parts of the bodies anatomy. Works fantastic!

It works, and feels good
The media could not be loaded. Off the bat, I wish the instructions were a little more clear, especially on the EMS. I have some atrophy in my leg muscles due to a chronic illness that keeps me from exercising. I can walk, but just not for any real distance to get the benefit of the activity. The problem is with my lungs. So, I'm hoping this will help me so that I won't lose my balance when I do walk. For example being able to go from the house to the car without having to hold on to something. I'd also like to be able to walk around the back yard. What additional nformation I did find was on YouTube, The most helpful information was for how to cross the leads, but otherwise the information was for other brands. I did figure out that to use the EMS function to cause muscle contraction, you have to turn the intensity above level 5.My husband had major rotator cuff surgery about a year ago, and also has some cervical nerve problems. I wonder if this will help him, so I plan to ask his orthopedic doctor if it is safe for him.So, I'll just have to give it the test of time.

For the relief it provides and it's versatility - so worth the price.
I like that there are more than one or two pads you can use at a time. I originally bought this for back issues, but when my achellis tendonitist got a bit much recently, I used them on the ankle and calf and it worked like a charm. I needed a magnifiyer to read the instructions, so i wrote them out on an index card and keep it with the tool. Other than that one issue, I don't have any. You can use eight pads at a time, long cords, different levels at once. Set myself up for a massage, watch tv until pain is gone. The versatility is great. For the price, the relief it providesit is so worth it.
