Defective
I ran thru about 16 RO tanks and was still getting carbon sediment. I ended up ordering a whole new kit from another supplier. I didn't realize it at the time but the post filter was defective. I talked to the manufacturer and they said to try replacing the post filter first and that cleared up the issue. The manufacturer said the post filter was likely damaged. It didn't appear to be damaged in shipping so it could have come to the supplier that way or they somehow damaged it. It would be tough to place the blame. I would recommend if someone has an issue, to return it right away and ask for credit. It was too late for me.
