Joint relief 90%better.
It’s good it’s a big bottle more tablets and higher milligrams than the one I used to order through my OTC w my Medicare insurance. All for the same price and they work well for me. I have not noticed any side effects.

Complete relief for former stiffness and discomfort in less than one month
Years ago, I took glucosamine/chrondroitin, but gave it up for lack of results and the damage it did to my wallet. My friend mentioned that he took this when an old football injury started to bother his knees. He claimed to have taken glucosamine sulfate for several years with positive results. I tried it and within 2 1/2 weeks, the stiffness that was just beginning in my knees was completely relieved.To give you an idea of the stress I exert on my knees, I exercise heavily every day (90 min - 2 hours) -- elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, recumbent elliptical, and a rowing machine. Every other day, I do weight machines in combination with two or three of the above pieces of equipment.Very pleased.

Does seem to help joints
I purchased this because I was having achilles tendon pain. It didn't seem to help that much at all, even after several weeks. Unexpectedly I did notice that my knee, which had been giving me problems, seems to be improving. So if you are have having joint pain, it might help. If you are having tendon pain, maybe not.

I use these for my dog
Hello everyone, I am not a vet nor am I administering medical advice here. I am stating we use this for our dog who has excessively bowed legs. When he does not get this, we see a change in his demeanor. When he is regularly taking this, he has a better spunk to his step. His face shows less stress in it; therefore, we have to conclude his pain level diminishes. Excellent value. We administer 1x a day burying it in a piece of hot dog.
