I bought this set mostly for the aqua color setting. (You can have your choice of many colors or a combo.) I wanted to put these in a white tree, very close to the center for an effect that makes the tree look very aqua or light teal. This setting is a little more blue or even purple than teal, but it's still not bad for the money. Just definitely not the very aqua color that shows on my monitor! Since this string has a USB plug not an electrical outlet plug, just be sure to have an extra USB port/cube for your outlet or have an outlet that has a USB port!

The only drawback is they need to be plugged in via usb. No batteries or anything. But they are super bright and really pretty. My teen lined her net canopy over her bed with these. Very happy with the purchase

lights are epic , work well have a lot of color options, no option 2 turn down brightness or add custom colors but it’s all good. 10/10

These are exactly what I was looking for! I’m having a party at my house and wanted some mood lights so I didn’t have to keep on my super bright harsh dining room lights. These are perfect! The were easy to hang (I just hammered nails in the corners and wrapped them around them.). The colors are bright enough to add a hue or color in the dark and not hurt anyone’s eyes. The controller works great and there’s no malfunctions. I’ll probably be getting a couple more to put in other parts of my house!

LED string? check. Change colors? check... mostly. Well sort of. Sometimes. Depends on what day it is. Or what color underwear you're wearing. Or if Venus is in retrograde...I bought a set of these lights to test out as a possible candidate for lighting my patio. I would have bought more if they checked out. They did not. The lights are bright enough, and the remote did seem to change the colors just fine, but then... the lights started becoming somewhat unresponsive, and I'm talking only after a couple minutes of testing. The "fade" mode works find, but trying to use the "intermittent" modes utterly fails. Instead, the lights all turn on white-ish for a half-second, then shut off for a half-second, then flicker two times, then start over. There is no color cycling, and the remote stops responding (or the lights stop responding to the remote). I tried pressing the manual button on the plug to stop them, even unplugging and re-plugging, but the lights continue to flicker white.Eventually, and it is never clear what exactly gets them to cooperate again, I regain control and can set specific colors. However, I now notice that a handful of nodes are on the wrong color. They're not stuck on a single color, but whatever is controlling the ratios of brightness for the RGB motes inside have strayed from the path and are going rogue. Kinda messes with the whole "all one color" look.These lights are cheap, though, so I'm not returning them. They won't be on my patio for sure, but I'll put them to use elsewhere where they'll be asked of far less in terms of setting moods.Bottom line: if you buy these, don't expect to be able to use the remote control features easily, or at all. And expect a few individual nodes to get out of color sync.

These lights are an amazing addition to any room, the lights are bright and the colors are great. If you're looking for some good color changing lights that look good exposed, this is the item to use! The main drawback to this product is the controller. You have to point the controller towards where the USB is plugged into, and even then sometimes it doesn't pick up. This causes multiple button presses to do one function, which can be a bit annoying but overall a great product.

Really neat string lights!We camp a lot and I was looking for some lights for our Roof Top Tent.These lights run off of a usb which was perfect! I used a power bank to run the lights.Gives off plenty of light for the tent and was long enough to have some lights come out of the tent to help us find out way at night.Lots of different colors to choose from to set the right mood.The perfect camping light!
