I bought this GoPro Ram mount to use with my existing Ram connections on my motorcycle. The rubberized material that coats the ball is loose. Even when you tighten a Ram mount arm all the way, the ball moves within the rubberized coating giving it some play. It will move at high speeds. I can't recommend this for motorsports or holding heavier items.However, it's a decently made cheap piece that would work fine for other subtle applications that don't require much movement, speed, or weight. I will be going with the official GoPro mount made by Ram. I didn't think to check if Ram made one before I ordered this one. Like other Ram mount products, the rubberized coating does not move and is affixed to the ball very securely.

I added this to my motorcycle and attached my GoPro to it. The ball fit the RAM mount I had and the GoPro fit snugly with the mount. It tightened well. I took arife for about 10 minutes so I could evaluate the video results. The video did not reflect any vibration and the focused direction remained as it should have. No movement of the camera due to a loose mount. This is not a suction mount so rating such is meaningless. I recommend this product. By the way, the motorcycle is a '19 Goldwing DCT Tour.

Because of the rubber coating around the ball when you tighten the arm the rubber crushed and warps so the ball continues to move while you are riding. Not a good thing when your looking for good video from your camera on the motorcycle.

It has a very poor fit, the gaps between tabs are too big and they will break when tightened, the bottom you see here is the original GoPro arm and none of these fit well. It’s junk that will make you loose your camera.

Can’t tighten enough. Fell over every ride. I replaced it with a real company. Ram makes the same product that works.

This ball mount was poorly molded. I had to use excessive force to get it to mesh with my GoPro, and eventually decided not to use it so I wouldn't break my camera's mount. Spend the money on a real GoPro part or find a more reputable manufacturer.

I like this product. Are use it to mount a go pro camera on my motorcycle to record rides and hopefully not have to record a road moron endangering motorcycle riding

Very simple....ball on one end, Go Pro mount on the other. If you enjoy using ball mounts for your moto accessories, I recommend this one very highly!
