Topens electric gate opener KD702
I bought my gate opener in Feb 2022. It was a good while before they were actually installed and I found the control board was faulty. Contacted Topens Customer Care who replied within 12 hours to my email, with recommendations to try to see if it fixed the problem. Joyce (the customer care assistant) at Topens was excellent with suggestions and help. Unfortunately I had to buy a new board as it was out of warranty and now they are working brilliantly. My husband installed the gate openers himself and found them easy to install. Brilliant service from Topens.
