Fits S&W mod 69
Fits model 69, the tip of 4&1/4 barrel sits flush with the bottom of holster. Trigger guard is covered and retention is good.

Does what it's meant to do
Holster fits my 4" S&W 686+ perfectly. Protects 100% of the barrel and trigger guard is well covered. Was surprised that gun goes IWB as well as it does. I doubt I'll ever need to move the clip for OWB use, but it's nice to know I can.

ingenious reversible design
Holds my 3 and 4 inch 586 and 686 plus, 7 shot revolvers perfectly. Also holds my S&W model 65, 6 shot revolver well but not quite as snugly. Should also work well for other models. The belt / pants clip can be moved from one side of the holster to the other to allow use for left or right hand, inside or outside the waistband carry. Quality leather and stitching.

This is a quality holster. The fit the craftsmanship is superb. It’s fits a 686 4 inch P Smith and Wesson revolver perfectl. The leather is top grade and the design is ingenious. I would definitely recommend this holster for anyone that has a 686P Smith he won’t be sorry
