Overal these are very good specially on value and quality. They fit nice and they keep your nostrils open which is what you want .The down side is the adhesive is to strong, Yes they stay on your nose unless your skin is greasy but as I usually wash my face before putting these on my skin is greaseless and the glue on these stick the patch down well , just to well , as when its time to take off in morning these have stuck down to well and even when carefully taking off it brings the blood to the surface and sometimes it rips the skin and if like me you use them every time I go to bed otherwise I have to sleep in spare room then it damages my skin terrible. I have tried to pat the glue a couple of times with my fingers to make some of it less sticky but still sticky enough to stay on. After several attempts, I have worked out roughly how much stickiness to remove but thats just my personal settings. It might be brilliant for you but if you have sensitive skin as well as thin skin which I have due to illness you need to be careful. At the end of it all these are excellent value and the seller got these out to me very fast they actually arrived a week early. Great seller.

These are not the usual size I get , these are smaller and come off during night , what’s happened to the regular size ? These are more like kids size

These are advertised as “medium” but that would be medium for a child. There is no way they fit a normal sized adult, and to make things worse, they don’t stick properly, especially in the present hot weather.I bought them to try out, as the normal product I buy is twice the price for a lot less. Will be avoiding these in future, as they are no good for adults.

This is the second batch of Harmony Life nasal strips I have bought over the last year. The first batch was good quality and did the job as promised. I had also recommended this product to a few others.Compared to the first batch, the most recent batch is of pathetic quality - the plastic spine is thinner and doesn't help flare up the nostrils, the glue is poor and doesn't stick overnight, and the size is smaller even though it was still marked Medium. Overall, really bad quality. I would no longer recommend this to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews so if anything I hope this stands for itself. If you sleep more than 4 hours then these won't last, the adhesion is terrible. The only thing I like about this product is its packaging, they're easy to get out the wrappers.Don't bother. Waste of money.
