Compression Arm Sleeve For Men Women UV Sun Protection Tactel Aqua Fabric 1 Pair (Large, White)

Jun 22 at 7:40 AMHi, I bought these sleeves for my husband for Fathers Day. We live in Arizona. Sun is hot and damaging. He has had several places on his arms that had to be treated for skin cancer. Wore them for the first time golfing this past weekend. He is 6 ft. 200 Lbs. He wears a 34/35" sleeve in a long sleeve shirt. The sleeves were a great fit. Length was good,width fit his arms without being too tight but did not sag or fall down while swinging the club. He did say they were a bit warm, but this is Arizona! He says they are comfortable and we are hoping this will help with the excessive sun exposure.

The fit was perfect and the light weight material was exactly what I was looking for.

Cycling in Southern California in the summer means rides are routinely in the 90's and above. While good, wicking short-sleeve jerseys are quite good at keeping the heat levels down, they leave the arms exposed to a barrage of UV rays. But after a couple washings (use delicate setting), they appear to be holding up great, with no signs of wear (I'll update this review if I find differently after several more washes). The only area where they do not match the P.I.'s is in the degree of compression. The Pearl Izumis have a tighter wrap on my arms. While this is not important to me, others might find it so.In 2010, I was diagnosed with melanoma, so suntans are a big no-no for me. I'm also not a big fan of summer heat. These sleeves do the trick for me; in fact, I'm buying 3 more pairs.
