A lovely quality feel, easy to use, easy to clean, looks nice, everything is great... except that the handle fell off on first use. No idea why anyone would ship a product with a known and easily fixable problem. I’ve glued it myself, and it’s fine now.There was a note with the delivery saying if there’s a problem, get in touch via the purchase account, only having made the effort to look, there doesn’t seem to be an option on Amazon and from a quick Google they mostly sell though Amazon and there isn’t a clear contact route elsewhere, so really the note was mildly irritating, almost as if it said ‘yeah we know there’s an issue, but please don’t be mean because we’re a family business and definitely not a random drop shipper...’So here I am, not being mean: if you don’t mind a quick glue job before use, it’s pretty good.

This does what it's designed for but I did need to glue the wooden handle into the metal end. It may be a one-off problem so I can't be too hard on it.

The product arrived and initially looked good out of the box. The paddle is solid and quite heavy in a reasuring way, it looks like the product is made from high quality materials. It all looked good until we tried to attach the handle.After screwing the handle into the paddle we tried to lift it and the wood part of the handle came out from the metal screw attachment and the paddle fell to the floor. Luckily there was no hot pizza on it coming out of an oven! It was obvious that the wooden handle and the metal part had not been secured or glued correctly. It was more than a little dissappointing and could have been dangerous if this had happened during use.Rather than send the product back I just decided to reglue the handle myself, because the rest of the product was fine. This seems to have worked fine, just a shame the quality control wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the materials.

Great for putting homemade pizza into a very hot oven without having to get too close! Just what I've been looking for at a very reasonable price. Easy to store as long handle unscrews.

I was really happy when I got my pizza peel, great size and the dough doesn't stick to it so that's really useful! However, the wooden handle keeps slipping out of the metal attachment with the screw (not at the screw end but rather the end that should be permanently fixed together) and despite my best efforts it has led to some pizzas meeting an untimely end on the floor. I don't want to get a refund/return as I really like the product on the whole but if possible could I get a new handle to save my pizza-based tears?Please get in touch!

Nice product, works well, unfortunately the handle does not fit well on to the paddle and needed fixing

There are three parts in this pizza peel. One large steel plate for loading and unloading pizzas, one metal screw cup and a wooden handle. All the individual parts are fabricated very well. However, the screw cup is not secured on the wooden handle. I simply inserted the wooden handle into the cup and screwed the handle into the receptacle on the steel blade. For the first and second pizzas it worked fine. When I was putting the third pizza into the owen the wooden handle dislodged from the cup while withdrawing the pizza peel. The pizza dough turned upside down and ingredients were all spread inside the owen. I would definitely return it if there wasn't Covid19 pandemic. I am reluctant to go to the PO and wait in the queue for this at the moment. I am planning to drill a hole on the cup and put a screw on the wooden handle. it should cure the problem. If you are willing to modify it, this product could work fine. If you don't want to modify it I would not recommend it.
