Mic Drop- This is the best small reader w/ Data Pids, Mode 6, IM Rediness, 02 Sensor, Freeze Frame
This product is a great product and worth the extra money over the cheaper OBD2 scanners. Let me start off by saying I have a 2006 GMC Sierra. These scanners results may vary depending on your make of vehicle. I have only used it on my vehicle and a 2008 Honda Accord so far which i did a video on. This product is wellllll worth the money though. Connected to my vehicle easily, quickly and flawlessly following the provided manuals instructions. The product is simple to use and was able to read trouble codes right away with a clear understanding of what was happening with my car, provide quick information on the trouble codes and delete the codes all very easily. The menu layout on the screen is very easy to understand and I had no trouble figuring out how to do what I needed. Also the ability to trigger tests such as the EVAP sensor test makes it well worth the money. Not all sensors test continuously and need to be triggered for your computer to test and show trouble codes. This is extremely useful for Californians out there for smog tests, as you may have to drive approx 50 miles (about 10 dollars in my truck) for these sensors to trigger after clearing codes. I learned that the hard way a couple of years ago. There is also the ability to read live information from the vehicles computer including battery voltage with graphing which can be extremely useful when doing diagnostics to find the problem resulting from trouble codes which happens when there is a signal from the PCM when something is out of line. It's nowhere near as nice as the diagnostic computers from the manufacturers, but for 40 bucks it's a Lot more than I expected and still does a lot of the same features. Where else can you get a reader that can graph battery voltage and many other data PIDS, gives you mode 6 data, as well as IM READINESS for emissions, freeze frame data , 02 Sensor tests, LIVE DATA and so much more. this scanner is very robust for the money. you wont regret buying this. Little side note, this seller is outstanding. I have bought multi products from them with no issues at all. My next purchase will be a Launch Diagun or Launch x431 pro. these guys are great and i always feel taken care of with them.

Great Purchase, Everyone Should Have One
For how inexpensive these are, it's just too good to pass up. It operates quickly and easily diagnoses fault codes, as well as offering capabilities for data logging and showing extra sensor readouts. The screen is bright and easily legible.

Mode 6
Ok, I bought this purely for more 6. As an automotive technician I used mode 6 all the time to locate and confirm misfires. The good: 1. With this tool, mode 6 works great on cars 2009 and up with can-bus protocol. (Something that is weird is when counting misfires it put the data behind a decimal point. So if the car has 2 misfires on cylinder #4 it displays it as .2 misfires. Confirmed this with autel ms908p.) 2. This thing is fast! I can read a global obd2 codes in about 10 seconds after plugging it into the dlc. Not So Good: 1. Mode 6 on cars older than 2009 is very hit or miss. Granted, some cars don't come with mode 6 as a readable option no matter what tool you have. I am not talking about that (ie: Nissan before 2008 ECT) Depending on what pre can-bus protocol your car has that data is given in raw mode 6 code. Even for a seasoned tech like me getting the info needed can be a confusing hassle. So if I need mode 6 and the car is older than 2009, this tool stays in the drawer. 2. The only car so far that I tested it on that it didn't work with at all, was my personal car... It is 2002 Saturn vue. When I hook this tool to my car and try to pull codes from the pcm it says "this function is not available on this module." That is kinda a bummer. So all in all I really like this thing. For $25 this little thing is a bargain. It out does scan tools I have used that cost 10 times more. I really wished it worked on my own car though.

Code Reader is fabulous
I was looking for a code reader that wasn’t expensive to replace my previous one that cost me $100.00 and suddenly disappeared. I was extremely annoyed and certainly did not want to invest that much money. The first time using this unit, I got a grand slam because it was dead on balls accurate with the code. I actually had my mechanic check it out and he questioned how I know what it was and I said lucky guess. Lol. I’ve used this code reader multiple times since purchasing it and each time it has worked accurately and flawlessly. I never thought or believed that something so cheap would work so great.

Very handy!
I was anxious to use this small scan tool & compare it to my larger Autel code reader. I have used several code readers in my automotive career and I gotta to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with this handy tool! First of all, this scanner is very user friendly, did not lag & offers quite a bit of options given its size . Some of the options include Reading Codes, EVAP leak test, Component Test, Live Data, Freeze Frame & O2 Sensor Test. The first vehicles that I tried this tool on were a 2011 Toyota Camry & 2004 Mercedes-Benz ML500. I was able to properly diagnose the cause of concern using this tool. The thing that I really love about this tool is that its small size makes it extremely convenient and portable. I am going to keep this scanner in my vehicle so that I will be able to scan codes anytime when I'm on the go! There has been numerous occasions when I've have had a friend or family member approach me with car troubles while I am not at the shop...so I can definitely see this tool being used often. All in all...you can beat the value for the price.

Best Value! Best Reader for he price and its full functionality.
Bought this reader and boy what a great investment? I bought it to use on my vehicle and my children vehicles as I am the resident mechanic in the household. This device helps me navigate those repairs. This device is fast and loads in the blink of n eye. This product is simple to use and is very intuitive for the user. I have a more expensive reader from the brand name company out there and this device out performs and offers more functionality than it more expensive competitor. This is the best reader offering a strong functionality with a small price making this unit an extreme value to have and I would recommend this to be in anyone's toolbox who works on vehicles , a do it yourself-er like myself or even the more advanced mechanic who is developing their business.

EDIAG YA-201
I found this item (EDIAG YA-201) to be an excellent value for its price. It is compact and appears to be well made. It has features (such as providing a graphical display of battery condition and live engine parameters) that are found in more expensive OBD2 code readers. Using the device was simple and intuitive. To run a diagnosis or to determine I/M readiness, you plug the device into your car's OBD2 connector (found under the dashboard) and follow instructions provided in the manual. My car was due for a smog test, but its Service Engine Soon (SES) light was on. I utilized EDIAG YA-201 to diagnose the problem. After I taking some corrective actions, I used the device to check the I/M readiness of the car and took it for the smog test...and it PASSED !!! If I didn't have this device, the mechanics would probably have recommended replacing some expensive parts. This device has saved me a lot of money. It is a valuable device to own.

Device can most of the cars can supportes
The device feels solid and well-built for its price range. The buttons are tactile, and the color screen is clear and bright enough to read outdoors. The cable is durable, and the overall design is compact and easy to handle — ideal for quick use in the garage or on the go.It supports most OBD2-compliant petrol cars from 2000 onwards and diesel cars from 2005 onwards. I tested it on Indian models like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, Honda, and Toyota, and it worked smoothly with all of them. However, older non-OBD2 vehicles and a few diesel variants may not show full data.Doesn’t support ABS, SRS (Airbag), or Transmission diagnostics. No Bluetooth or Wi-Fi — it’s a wired tool only. Some newer BS6 models may show limited live data.

Plug and play
Easy to use and perfect for my DIY husband. Now we can sort out the codes that pop up in out vehicles without running to the shop. Small enough to keep in the car, which is nice.
