This stuff worked like a charm for me! I struggle going east from the US to Europe. I followed the instructions to a T and did my usual arrival routine (lots of daylight and movement) and I have never adjusted so quickly. Very impressive! I will be reordering for sure.

This stuff is amazing. I recently traveled from the US to Singapore. A 13 hour difference. I started one day before travel with one bottle of water and 1above, and then took it every two hours on the plane. After 30 hours of travel we arrived and I felt great. Went right to sleep that night and awoke ready to go. The only jet lag symptoms I had were waking up a bit earlier than normal, but I was able to do all of my business with no issues. Since it was such a good experience on the way out I figured on the way back I was going to be wiped. Again I took it every 2 hours on the way back, arrived back in the US and resumed my normal schedule immediately. NO JET LAG WHATSOEVER. This stuff is the real deal. Buy it and use it! I will never travel internationally without it again.

I fly internationally every month. I have tried several different “no jet lag” remedies. I feel this one really worked. I followed directions and once arrived felt pretty alert. I wasn’t buzzing or super tired. I really noticed it the second day! I felt great!!! The taste was very light apple/mint. Not bad. Not super yummy. But agreeable and easy to palate. My one complaint was that two of the pouches were sealed, but empty!! For as expensive as these are, two missing is unacceptable. For this reason, I am hesitant to purchase again.

Tasted so bad, that we had to plug our nose to drink it. But I think it helped...we still got covid anyway on our trip, but it sort of helped with jet lag and getting all our vitamins in.

This is a must for business travelers. No, it doesn't taste great but it's not terrible either. I wouldn't drink it if I weren't flying. I put one tablet in a water bottle along with a packet of liquid IV which is basically Gatorade without the sugar. If it's a long or international flight, I will repeat the process 2-3 times before I land. Unfortunately, that means I have to get up a few times on a long flight but that's another reason I prefer aisle seats. 😀 I still have some jet lag after drinking this product, it's not 100% fool proof and not a miracle but NOTHING like when I don't drink this. Yes, it's expensive. But it's an investment in you and will make you feel more rested which means more productive business trips. I just bought another 20 tablets for an upcoming pleasure trip to Europe.

Purchased these as an experiment for an overnight flight from the U.S. East Coast to Rome, and then back a couple of weeks later from Athens. I usually have terrible jet lag and can barely stay awake the first day we arrive in Europe after an overnight flight, and then struggle with waking up at 4:30 in the morning for days after returning from Europe. My husband and I each took these as directed (4 tabs outbound on an 8-hour flight, and 5 coming back on an 11-hour flight). Combined with a catnap of maybe an hour or two each way, we were both able to be alert enough to enjoy the first day of our vacation without needing the usual six-hour nap, and then to power through 20 hours of travel coming home. After a week I'm still waking up and going to bed about an hour earlier than usual, but nothing major. He is back on his regular schedule. I give the experiment a thumbs-up and will definitely use these again for multiple time-zone travels.

Followed the instructions prior to a nonstop overnight flight to Rome from Detroit. Not much of a plan sleeper, so I didn't sleep but more than half hour on the 9 hour flight. Got to Rome and traveled to Venice, still no sleep. Continued to follow the directions that whole day and crashed in Venice that night (24 hours, 60 minutes sleep). Woke up the next morning feeling like a million bucks! We travel a lot and this is now a must for long flights and time zone changes.

Yes, it's expensive, but when you can enjoy your first day of holiday as opposed to being overome by jetlag, its so worth the money. Was able to adjust eastbound within one day. First time in many years of international travel, no jet lag on arrival. Although I did not take it on the red eye, took religiously first two days upon arrival. Worked wonders.

Amazing product - totally works, gets you over the jet lag and keeps you functioning when you land even after a 24 hr flight!! This new packaging, follows a change in the taste - it's not one i enjoy, but still works! I'm going to try the other flavours to see if they are more palatable. 1 star less for the new recipe, bring back the classic 1Above!!
