My wife and I use this as a general seasoning and as an addition to dry rubs for meat, fish, and veggies. It is especially helpful when you have added the standard spices and the food is missing that special full flavored taste. Add a packet or two depending on the volume and the dish will suddenly have that special something that was lacking. It is that type of spice blend that makes people say that the dish is fantastic, but they can't say just what it is that makes it so good.As the previous 1 star review states...this does NOT have achiote. But that is exactly what the description states ("Sin Achiote" in Spanish = without achiote). Use it when you want that Goya special taste without coloring (achiote) or herb (culantro etc.) taste. Buy it and you won't be disappointed.

Adds a very nice mild flavor to everything enhanced not overpowers we used it on scrambled eggs to met loaf.

Love this item, it makes your food extra delicious and has no coloring. Hands down I recommend this product if you want to add flavor and taste to your food….
