Peridotite rocks, Igneous rocks, or Volcanic rocks are the most popular rocks for a sauna stove. Do not use ordinary stones that may emit harmful substances and easily breaks.

Does this plug into a standard 120 volt outlet ?

According to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Safety Standards, even a 120V Sauna Stove MUST have a hard-wired connection. Using power plugs and outlets is not permitted per Code.

How long would it take to heat up an 8' x 8' sauna house?

Thank you for your inquiry, but I answered your question yesterday
 The heating time depends on so many factors: Floor Area and Ceiling Height, how you setup Ventilation, Thermal insulation, Vapor Barrier Protection, Ceiling Height, Room Shape, and so on. 
It is impossible to answer your question without knowing the details. To help you, I need a little more information about your sauna room project. 
1) Do you have an indoor or outdoor sauna room? 
2) Your sauna room dimensions: Floor Area and Ceiling Height 
3) How is your sauna room ventilation organized? Does the sauna have an Air Intake and Air Exhaust vent? 
4) Is your sauna room have any not insulated parts? For example, a glass door, windows, or floor.

Where do I buy the pan with rocks or just the pan.  Please help

1) For a 9KW stove, you need about 35 - 40LB. Peridotite Rocks, Igneous Rocks, or Volcanic Rocks are the most popular stones for a sauna stove. You can find many sauna stones listings on Amazon.

Unfortunately, the stone sizes are unpredictable, so we often had to break stones into smaller pieces. 
VERY IMPORTANT: 
- Do NOT use Lava Rocks for fireplaces, gas grills, etc., with the Sauna Stove because small stones will block airflow. 
- The stones need to fit between the elements, and several can also be placed on top. 
- Do NOT load rocks below the Stone Shelf. 
- Do NOT pack stones tightly, leave at least an inch gap between the rocks so air can pass freely. Air must circulate through the stove. 
- The golden rule, stones should not block airflow through the stove. Airflow is crucial for proper stove ventilation. We call it “stove must breathe.”
