Excellent Tool
After using two of the 18v Makita pin mailers I have to say that this is far superior to those fragile things. It's robust but almost silent by comparison. At half the price if you already own a compressor it's a no brainier to choose this over the cordless one. Definitely one of my favourite tool purchases.

Good nailer, reliable, easy to use
Good quick pin nailer, for 23G nails, did everything I wanted from it as long as I had it - until it got stolen ;-( seems I'm not the only one impressed with it.But guess I must like it as I just got another one to replace it!

Excellent for diy panelling
Perfect for diy panelling. I used quite a delicate trim and this gauge was perfect, securing the pine moulding really well.

Got this for a stair labelling job. Lovely bit of kit. The quality that's built into this air nailer. A like dealt air tools. But this makita, will easily give them a run for their money. Well priced quality product from makita. A look forward to using this tool for many years.

The gun looks amazing but is not safety glasses in the box

Temperamental
I thought this gun was rubbish until I bought higher end pins , this does not work well with cheap pins, bought some Omer make pins and I couldn’t believe how good this gun became, it’s been 100% since , I know I’ve only given three stars because it should fire any 23g pins within reason, stick with a recognised make when buying pins ( they are probably much more expensive but save you some grief down the line)
