Delicious and very healthy!
I add these yummy toasted flax seeds to soup and yogurt. They add a healthy "pop" to whatever you choose to put them in. They came fresh, in a resealable package, and store well when refrigerated.

I wish all batches tasted this good!
WOW, this latest batch/harvest is fantastic, just like Trader Joe's used to taste! The wonderful warm, nutty aroma fills the kitchen. I'm tempted to eat the seeds right out of the bag. Hoping the next bag will taste just as good.SO different-tasting than earlier batches from this and one other seller. Those ranged from meh to downright spoiled-tasting. Golden roasted flax seeds are pretty hard to find at all, and their flavor certainly does vary.
