Hi there, It needs to go through a pouch laminator, it is NOT self-laminating.

Q: I have run this through the laminator and peeled the yellow paper off and it is not sticky. How can I fix this?

Must be a defective one. Have you tried more than one? If what you have laminated is one of a kind - you might try double sided tape to make it stick.
