My canary likes this, it’s his preferred afternoon resting perch. It appears to do as it claims; abrading the nails while being kind to the feet. However it’s a vile blue colour and only suitable for vertical bars, 10mm bar spacing is tight and the diameter of the “bar clamp” can make it hard to position.

Like others have said, this only fits on the horizontal bars of my birds cage. That's fine in my case though. My bird was afraid of it initially, but after a few days her curiosity won and she checked it out. She now sleeps on it at night. Her nails are noticeably less sharp, so it seems to be working. It's just plastic with sand glued to the side, but she's small and it seems sturdy enough for her.

Was worth the price, within two weeks my amazon's nails the had recently shed and were super sharp, are rounded and smooth. He has other perches in his cage as well, so I was skeptical that it would work so quickly, but I'd highly recommend these perches. Just choose the correct size for you bird and make sure it's installed in the correct orientation and you'll see results

The sweet feet perch for nails is doing good so far. I do wish I had gotten a larger size. I have conures and I should have went up to a small size, but I didn't want to take the chance of it being to big and hurting their little feet. The birds absolutely love it. They sit on it all the time. It is smooth on the top and bottom to keep from hurting their pad. Will order up a size next time.

Loved this perch! Easy and sturdy to attach on large parrot cages! Bright vibrant purple color.... worth the $$$$
