I was diagnosed several years ago with adrenal exhaustion and this is part of my maintenance regimen. I swap out specific extracts (as recommended by my ND) now and then but I tend to stick with this brand. The brand seems to be a more reliable supplier than some and the quality of the supplements is excellent as far as I can tell.This is one of those supplements I know is working by noticing how I feel when I miss. If I am especially lethargic it is often because my routine was disrupted and I missed it. This is my preference--I do not want something that jars me awake (think a big jolt of caffeine) then needs to be retaken (think multiple cups of coffee) several times a day. I utilize it once per day (as recommended on the packaging and by my ND) and it makes a huge difference in my days.

I purchased this to see if it would help with my anxiety. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure if the product works or if it's just psychological on my part, but I seem to feel a bit of calm within 10-15 minutes of consuming Trauma-gen. It could be the product or the placebo effect. I'd like to attribute it to the product.

It’s hard to tell if this works. I feel like drops won’t really help trauma. Perhaps when taken along with therapy?
