Cannot access Smart TV apps on certain models
I bought the remote control for my Toshiba 58L8400U because the product advertises that it is compatible with this TV. The remote is compatible and can perform most functions with me TV. However, it does not have a button to access the smart apps on my TV. Since I use my TV solely to watch Netflix, Amazon, Vudu, and YouTube apps, the remote control is of no use to me. Furthermore, unlike other universal remotes, it has no way to reprogram buttons to perform functions that you need. I gave it 2 stars because at least it is very cheap, and if you don't care about ever being able to access your smart TV options, it is fine. Otherwise, don't by this remote. I will be returning it and shopping for another remote.

For one it worked. 2nd, the item was very easy to program to the television I ordered it for. And last the item was delivered in a timely fashion..The other two item's previously ordered worked very well.. I highly recomend both products.
