Always the best
Great product. My partner can't seem to retain water unless it's Pedialyte so I bought her some of this. Works great and she loves the flavor

Worked well for my elderly mother
I bought this electrolyte drink for my elderly mother who was a bit dehydrated. She liked the orange flavor a lot better than the grape. Chilling it in the refrigerator a few hours before drinking really helps.

If you are dehydrated from sports. Don’t get the sugar of Gatorade. This is for you.
Great value compared to buying it at Sam’s Club or Walmart.

Easy to recommend, but I did need more sodium
It tastes good and I used it on an ultra marathon run. For me personally, the sodium level was a little low on a very warm and humid night of running. All else seems to work well, when I got some extra sodium from another source, my night went much better. I will use again very soon.
