Terrible seller experience. Product is good though.
The product arrived in an opened package. The steam outlet was wet from inside. Seemed like it was a used piece.Otherwise the quality is great. Seems like a genuine Kohler Product.Must Notice that it does not come with the control unit. Just the steam generator. The control unit needs to be bought separately which costs around 20-25K depending upon the seller.Some accessories were missing too.

Amazing steam experience
Very good steam experience, the best thing is that it starts within seconds unlike the ones you will experience in Gyms.Kohler as a brand is very trustworthy and I had no problems in getting it installed.Worth the price. Thank you amazon.
