Just getting started, but so far, all is as promised with no-damage delivery and smooth startup.
Initial review: Not sure what that 1 star rating was about--maybe from the person who said it didn't boot out of the box. If so, I could understand. I've bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and didn't want to get in a bind on the return timeline if there was an issue when he started it up, so I pulled it out of the box and started initial set up upon receipt. So far everything works just fine with no issues at all, no demands to update Windows before it will do anything, which I have seen noted as a problem on other machines. It's a nice little laptop, seems to have everything as described, good display, very sleek. Has a nice sturdy feel to it--not like it's going to shatter if you flip it into tablet mode. So far, so good. I will update this review after it goes into active service and he starts loading software, but right now, it's good.Wow! Here it is Jan 2022 and guess what? This little laptop is still going like a total trooper! It gets daily use by someone who tends to be a bit touch on equipment and hauls it around everywhere he goes. Over two years and still going strong!

DUDE, She got a Dell!!
Dude, she got a Dell!! Gave this to my Boo Boo for her 9th Birthday. She asked for a Chromebook but got a Windows 10 Laptop. SO glad I chose it. It can do so much more!! SO worth it!!

Good value for its price
I've spent over a week looking for an affordable small 2-in-1 touchscreen PC with Windows, not Chrome OS.Also, these factors were important to me:Storage type - been using windows for 26 years, since windows 3.11 and I know how over time it WILL get bloated and thus slow down. Also, I know firsthand how a simple upgrade from HDD to SSD can make a system work tremendously faster, so only SSD would do. I really tried to avoid under 64GB SSDs and the inferior eMMC storage, and I would never recommend to anyone to go for those.Battery life is enough for me to last me through 5 hours of class, mainly to take notes and do excel exercises. Love using it to read ebooks, news articles, general web surfing and video playback in bed.The only letdown so far is the slower than expected performance while playing a 4K video file to an external screen - I specifically chose this laptop because it's GPU and CPU (yes, I know they are weak still) are still better than what most other models at this price range have (usually a slower Intel CPU with an integrated GPU).

This little baby does it all
I'm not sure what the low reviews are in reference to, maybe personal choices but I purchased this well over a year ago an other than a slow registering of turning on after clicking the power button...it still works perfect...no lag time. No constant rebooting all programs installed work great. And Jim surprised for the price of it. I take it every where with me

Don’t waste your money
I already hate this computer. The set up is so clunky, it’s taking forever to download chrome, when I scroll it’s not even smooth, yet I have nothing downloaded to slow it down. WTF??? Couldn’t even find my wifi which I never have issues with. I’m already regretting this purchase. Total waste of money. I’ve already spent an hour just getting it set up and it’s not even done. It’s so slow! My last computer is a chromebook and it’s a million times better, despite being cheaper and not even running windows. Only got this for work because I need windows to connect to the network. Such BS fck dell.

Not up to the Windows 10 Operating system.
Do you enjoy waiting anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds after hitting a key or select button so that you can watch your words or selection slowly lurch onto the screen? Do you want a machine that will leave you longing for the analogue world of the 80s? Do you like your participation in video conferences to be limited to a chat bubble explaining that your mic is not muted and that you can see and hear them, they just can't hear and see you because the memory on your machine isn't up to the task? If your answer is yes, then buying this machine will be the best $300 you ever spent.
