Paperback is not bilingual.
The Ogden translation of TRACTATUS is perfectly serviceable, and the bilingual edition is quite useful. This (the paperback) is not the bilingual edition.

Not Bilingual
So… I'm not really sure how to rate this, but I guess I'm required to rate it if I want to review it. The deal is this: If you try to get a print copy of the bilingual edition of the *Tractatus*, this is what Amazon sends you to: This is the paperback link from the Kindle bilingual edition. This edition is *not* bilingual: It is solely the Ogden English translation. If you want a cheap copy of the Ogden translation—if you don't want the German—then this is great. The print's neat, the pages have plenty of white space, the price is good. But it's not what's advertised.

Full of Typos
There are so many typos it seems like someone typed the text at high speed then failed to proofread. Sending it back.

Great introduction to Wittgeinstein's philosophy
Regarding the edition here: Nice light easy to open and read, affordable paperback version of the Witt's Tractatus. Very happy with it. Text is a bit smaller than I'd like but still easy to read.In terms of the format: Witt was a bit ahead of his time in terms of the structure of his philosophy. Everything is broken down into nice little sections - like 3, then 3.1, then 3.1.1 for example - as he drills down into each point in his hunt for clarity and purposeful language expression. It's a short read because he refuses to allow anything redundant. Based on what we know about the man, it suits him perfectly.Seriously Wittgensteiner had no time for nonsense. Like that's half the point of the book. I think he makes it quite easy to give his philosophy of language a chance. Highly recommend for anyone into logic and meaning of communication. RIP mang.
