Works and fits well
I had a fall on my e-bike the other day going 20th and it did its job. Saved me from a serious head injury and scratching up my face. I flipped headfirst and took the visor clean off which popped right back on afterwards. slid a few feet while my face was on the cement. I’m sure I would’ve been in much worse shape if not for the helmet. Wear a helmet, they literally save lives.Very lightweight, and doesn’t move around too much on my head. Well worth it.

Fits Well and Is Comfortable
Replaced my old Bell helmet that, after over a decade of use, was starting to break down. The adhesives were starting to fail and the foam pieces started to dissintegrate. It was cheaper to replace the helmet than to try to repair the existing one. These fit me well and provide over a decade of life. A bargain. Not to mention that my previous Bell has saved my noggin on more than one occassion from being bashed in.

Possible lifesaver
UPDATE 06/11/2023I was skeptical about the need for a helmet when skateboarding. I thought I'd more likely hurt my knees, hips, wrists etc. But I took a fall backward, landing on my butt and my head snapped back and hit the concrete. If I didn't have this helmet, I would be in the ER or worse. You can hit your head pretty hard in a minor fall. TIP: Make sure you tighten this as much as you can. When your head snaps back the helmet can jostle a bit.I bought a Bell helmet about 30 years ago and decided to stick with the same brand. This one is similar. The only thing is it's a bit loose but I use a headband to make it more snug. The visor does snap off.

Outer cover, fades, cracks, and falls apart
Helmet warps in the sun! This is the strangest thing I have ever seen. I have been running a business/Bike Rental for the last 47 years and I have never had a helmet do this. Last year, I bought 20 of these, the one with gray and black , warps! It warps, and then the protective cover will peel off, or just crack and look terrible. I have ordered one more just to see if they all do this or if it was just a bad batch. Bell is a great brand and the ones that are a solid gray, dark gray seem to be fine, but the gray and black are not. All of them are no longer usable.
