POPabRetractable Ice and Snow Spike Tip for Canes and Crutches - Small

I don’t know what happened!I bought one of these several years ago and it was perfect. When I got another walking stick I bought another. This one I bought on October 27th. Today, on November 12th, I was at a market and the tip split badly. It is past the return period.I would like the maker know about this, but I don’t know how to contact them. I believe that they should be made aware of this.After batting 500 on these tips I am still going to order another because no other maker provides the same type of product. I have looked and nothing else comes close. I just hope this one is a fluke!

Normal sidewalk walking conditions. Never even got to test the retractable spike.

My cane with this tip got me through extremely deep snow and icy conditions several blocks to cleared roads. Unlike the bolt on claw it does not catch on things when retracted. However if there is only a thin slippery sheen of ice on the side walk the point will not bite and it is useless.

Lost this within a day on my crutch in the snow, it popped off and I couldn't find it. I was surprised there was only one to a box with the price as well... I'll stick with the wash towels wrapped around the bottom of my crutches for now.

Works great on our icy street.
