We build and sell houses and having flyers is key to getting the info out there (very low tech). These boxes arrived in great condition and as advertised. The self close lid works. I bought 12 because some get damaged or stolen and we need 6 at any given time so it seemed to be the best deal.

Like the quality, just don't know how to secure it easily to a typical real estate sign. And there really is no clear directions. I also couldn't find out anything online with regards to this. I ended up tie strapping it to the sign. Too many of my boxes have been taken when I use the separate sign posts for this. This is the only negative I see so far.

So far, so good. I have just started using the boxes so I cannot say for certain how they will hold up over time. They seem to be well constructed and easy to use.
