I bought these after a recommendation from an online food allergy group. After taking them regularly I have seen an improvement in symptoms. They are not a miracle cure but have made more of an impact than over the counter antihistamines.

Good quality, minimal bulking additives, easy to swallow and good value for money.I have been taking these as part of a course of supplements for 2 months now. They are easy to take and the main reason I chose these is that as capsules rather than tablets they are not composed of bulking agents which are bad for the liver.Good quality and excellent supplement.

I use this product for allergies on one of my dogs. Maggie ,a Shar pei suffers from allergies and hot spots and this product has totally stopped all of this. So pleased for her and us ,no scratching or discomfort, would recommend this to anybody.

Fast delivery and good price compared to others but been taking them for 4 days and have had stomach cramps and upset stomach. Googled and bromelain can cause this. I have no allergies to anything. have now stopped taking them which means 19 quid wasted unfortunately. Which side effects had been listed.

This supplement has not been effective for me, will be replacing with a different formulation.Supplementation is not an exact science, what works for some does not work for others. I find this product difficult to take on an empty stomach, can't imagine taking 4 or 6 of these a day as recommended.
