I had an issue with the battery in the product I purchased and it was covered in a very timely manner. Excellent service!!

Filed a claim for my son's broken Chromebook. Super smooth and easy process.

The battery died on my 10 month old laptop and I wasn't sure if it was even covered. I called and talked to very helpful people and found that it was. They said they would refund the entire amount I paid for the computer. I packed up the laptop and sent it to them and later that day they issued an Amazon e-gift card for the full amount. That is what I call service!

Hope I never have to use it

I bought a 4 year plan for a refurbished Computer. The computer stopped working before a year of use. I was reimbursed for the cost of the computer (except sales tax was not refunded.) The refund had to go to my Amazon gift card, instead of my credit account. Additionally, there is no prorating of cost for the plan, which was only in effect for about 6 months before the computer was no longer usable. That means I paid for 4 years and only ended up with 1 year. The other 3 years, for which I paid, were not refunded. Even so, I would do this again, especially on a refurbished item.

I contacted Asurion via chat about a laptop battery that stopped working before it was a year old. The agent was responsive, helpful, and polite. This was the first time I have ever bought a protection plan and I am so glad I did. It was a very positive experience and the issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

DON'T GET THEIR PROTICTIONThey send your money as a an amazon gift card not to your original payment I really didn't like that. When i contacted them they say we can't do anything about that and keep me hanging on the line. next time I won't buy their protection. They last protection company amazing used to deal with it is way better.
