Sturdy and great quality
The product is quite heavy but the finishing is very good. The quality of the kadai is very good. Cooked masala rice in it today and it doesn’t stick at all to the bottom. It’s a great product. Happy with the purchase.

Cleaning
When you fry things, the bottom gets brown and is difficult to clean

Oil sticks on kadhai permanently if you use for deep fry
The kadhai is quite heavy and looks good. However if you use for deep fry the oil sticks to it and doesn’t goes even after scrubbing heavily. Due to this issue it becomes unhygienic to use it again
