This bag is absolutely STUNNING and I have received a million compliments on it. I am so glad I purchased it. No, it is not quality leather, it is 'Genuine Leather' which if you 'Google' the term you will read that it is basically the part of the hide which is left over once all the 'good' leather pieces have been removed. Some companies who make cheap have basically found a 'gold mine' that allows them to use the phrase 'Genuine Leather' as well as up the price & the hype about their bags.'Genuine Leather' is to leather what 'particle board' is to wood. It is shredded, glued together, rolled out and 'stamped' with a pattern that looks like real hide. It will not last, it will begin to peel & will fall apart as it has no strength to it. Even knowing this I bought this bag because of its looks and I was not disappointed because it is even more stunning when you see it. The bag is a little stiff but that gives it a kind of pleasant 'hollow' sound when the little cabochons which I like to hang on the side of my bags hit the side of the bag as I walk. It even sounds classy. It has held up very nicely which I believe is due to the fact that they did make it so thick so I am hoping it will last a while.One note here, I loved the black one so much I thought I would go and buy the lighter brown/orange colored one as well. Unfortunately, the two are so close in color when you see them together it is difficult to tell which is which, the only way I could tell was by looking at the stitching which runs up the front sides of the bag. The black one has a black tint there and the brown/orange one has the brown/orange tint. So I returned the second bag. I like the black one a bit more particularly because it hides the stitching around the sides of the bag in the front which looked a little too large on the brown version of the bag and the darker sides of the black version hid this. Otherwise, they are pretty much alike.Thank you for allowing me to share. It's a great bag and if you have doubts let me assure you will not regret your purchase. This bag is one of those 'finds' which we gals love when we come across them & all our friends want to know where we got the bag.

Awesome quality- super small. Like a little girl purse.

Bought this for a costume, and so far it's holding up well. It's pretty small, but large enough to hold the essentials (phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses). Four stars because the material scratches really easily. Still cute, it will just look very well-worn after a while :)

Took a chance buying as a gift. Ladies know that handbag choice is very personal and we all have a differing taste. This was for my son's fiance and I told her I would not feel hurt if she thought it too big, too small, or just didn't like it. She was welcome to return it and I would understand. Well, she loves it. She told my son it was perfect especially when she wears her boots. I am so pleased.

I really like this bag. The hardware might not be your thing-- it veers a little cheap. However, the leather and the beautiful, artistic, detailed, unique design make up for it, for me. It is a little stiff, but I don't mind. Overall, I can't wait to wear/love for years.
