Had to switch to these due to tablets becoming very expensive more than 300% increase,they are capsules and if you leave on tongue too long you get a fish taste,work almost the same as tabs but dont seem as thorough,no other options are available.I tried contacting mfg directly but no info given as to the change from tablets.update 1/2020 these give you intermittent stomach cramps lasting 5-6 hours ,you have to keep running to the bathroom.The taste if capsule lingers in your mouth too long is awful strong fishy,not getting any better. The tabs were so much better.

Inefficaci.
Compro di abitudine le Dieci Erbe della stessa marca, quelle classiche con il tappo verde, integratore in tavolette che trovo efficace da anni.Volevo cambiare, anche considerando l'aggiunta del FOS (Frutto-oligosaccaridi) e delle vitamine b presenti in questa versione di pillole e di cui sono carente.A differenza delle altre, non sono normali pillole pressate ma sono in capsule, fatto che mi rende anche difficile l'ingestione, ma non è questo il punto.Non le consiglio.Sono soldi buttati, non hanno alcuna efficacia: raramente do una sola stella a un prodotto, ma qui non posso farne a meno.Qui su Amazon vendono anche quelle classiche che non tradiro' più.
