I needed a comfort solution for my WFH position which would work for someone taller than normal with a bad back. This was the perfect solution. It came with a bulb inflator and a little servo pump to plug into USB - I used the bulb. Easy to inflate to just the right tension for optimum support and can change it as my pain levels change. Fantastic. Ideal. Amazing.

I read an article that recommended this style of cushion as being the best way of preventing pressure points. The specific product they suggested cost three times what this did, so I decided to try this as a less expensive alternative. I am a little shocked, but it actually works great. Probably a 90% reduction in pain from sitting at my computer for extended periods of time. It does result in it being less easy to shift position, but the whole point of it is to make one comfortable without having to, so no points off there. I will update this review if it does not last well, but as of this writing I consider this money well spent and am considering buying a few as gifts. I will note that I have not tried it as a water cushion and can not comment on how well that works.

Easy to use, did not try water option, inflation was easy and liked that you can easily adjust. Made the long distance ride more comfortable, provided added support.

Disappointing! Wanted to like this. The material is high quality. The non-skid bottom layer is a plus. But... it is not easy to adjust the air to the exact amount. There’s no flip nozzle, which on the one hand is good because they usually break off with use, but on the other, adjusting this cushion requires you to put your glasses on and use needle nose pliers, because the adjustment ring is so small. Moreover, getting the tiny rubber hose onto the filling tube is tedious - it takes a lot of pushing and cursing. OK, once you have it adjusted is it comfortable? Not really any better than the plastic cushions with holes that you simply blow into to inflate. So you think, maybe I just need to add a bit more air, and decide, it’s not worth the hassle. Would I buy it again? No.

Used for husband who came home after a lengthy hospital stay. No more complaints of pain (coccyx). He did not develop a pressure ulcer.

They don't add that much more cushion.

I love this cushion! I use it with air only because I wanted it for light-weight portability. I initially used it for my bleacher seat for my daughter’s all day competitions. I now use it a home with COVID-19 and working remotely from home. My job is not typically a sedentary job but it has changed this past month. I couldn’t have survived 10 hour days without this cushion! The only thing that concerns me is the air valve being out in the open. No protection. I place it to the back of my chair. I also take no chances that my pets can get to it as I don’t think it would withstand a clawing or bite without puncturing. It’s been perfect for what I needed, just could be better with the valves design upgrade.

Comfortable for a back with disc issues. Easy to use.

Its nothing fancy and for long term use I had to go a expansive Roho unit. So this one has gone to my office which i don't use much now since working from home.
