Echo Board for CB Radio - Workman BB2

As orfeted, but does not come with install instructions.

No instructions. Had a cb shop install it and it is junk. Spend the extra money on a Connex echo board!!!

this device worked perfectly for me. I installed this for a customer and it was textbook installation.Note, this echoboard and the others available are all the same design. There is really nothing special about any of them. Most of the negative reviews on this product are people who don't understand how it works or how to install it. There are 2 hot power connectors, 1 ground. 1 hot is constant, 1 is intermittent (switch). There are 4 audio connections. These are in 2 shielded wires. The shield from both go to the mic connector ground.This leaves you with 2 wires ( the inside of the shielded wires).To install these, desolder the wire in the middle pin of the mic gain connector.The audio input wire on the echoboard connects to the wire you just desoldered. The output connects to the middle pin of the mic gain pot. Now you are ready to rock and roll.

These things are terrible. First knob broke at the base when I started to tighten it up. Didn't overtighten it, the metal at the base of the threads separated. Sound level and quality are just as bad.

Not that great on instructions. Once I got it installed by a technician. It never worked. Just found out one day after return ability so I am stuck with it now. These are junk
