Five stars because it's exactly what I expected: a cheap-ish, plastic shower head that I can detach and use to spray stuff. It doesn't feel exceptionally high quality but again, I didn't expect that for the price. I do love the pause/spray switch which comes in handy when spraying shampoo out of my children's hair.Advice on installing: when you screw the mount onto the pipe coming out of the wall, there is a thick rubber washer in between that pipe and this shower head's fitting. For me, there was a brief period of very light pressure as I screwed it on. This is where the rubber washer is being compressed. If you tighten past this point, the washer will pop out and become un-seated, then you can tighten it the rest of the way down. It will also leak!I did that three times.On the fourth time, I stopped just after I felt some initial pressure and thought to myself "No way this works. It's going to leak even more." But nope. Physics won in the end and the leak was gone entirely. I'm not sure if it will require periodic adjustment as things move or the rubber compresses. But trust me: if you don't stop when you feel it starting to get tighter, you'll overdo it and deform that rubber washer and leak.

I am a retired Master Plumber and businessman and have installed several hand showers during my career. I highly recommend this installation. I am handicapped and have a walk in shower module with a built in seat. This was an excellent choice with the large 7-setting head with a water saving ON/OFF switch that is nice while scrubbing yourself. I replaced the hose with an extra long hose that makes it easier to rinse of the walls, and reach for the seated position. I added a Delta shower arm diverter and a removable suction cup wall mount holder so I can place the shower head in any location. I intend to purchase the same setup for the other bathroom.

Item doesn't work. Hose leaks all over the place even with the tape and the washers in place. Also the pause feature on the handheld switch doesn't work water still runs out even when it's supposed to be off. The part that attaches to the wall is adjustable but in order to get it in my shower and had to be pointing straight down and could not be adjusted much if your shower connection is high and near the roof of your shower it's something to be aware of. I purchased this head to replace the one my father put in our stand-alone shower stall 30 years ago. The installation took less than 5 minutes and was extremely easy. The different flow settings gives us enough choice while the pause feature let's you scrub without wasting water. On the massage setting, the head is a little noisy, but not noisy enough to drown out your shower singing. Because we have an old house with ok pressure, I removed the flow regulator. This is the only issue I encountered, as it took a lot of strength to remove the small plastic piece. In all, this shower head is invigorating and a great purchase.

Bought this for my elderly mother's shower. Very easy to grip and the spray is strong but not uncomfortable. Feels substantial, not cheap. Love the fact that we can flip the switch to trickle as she takes a lot of time getting in the shower and situated so we are saving gallons. I purchased a suction holder that allows her to hang it on the wall while she sits on the shower bench. Wish the hose was a couple feet longer, I may switch out the hose in the near future but again it's because she is sitting on a shower bench. If you use it in the standing position the hose is more than adequate. Nice quality product!

At the price, this is great. Let me emphasize that. "At the price".It installed really easily and uses good rubber gaskets so it really didn't require any tools to install. It's plastic but looks nice and chrome-y at least for now. It cheaply and easily solved a need for a nice-looking hand shower that has a pause feature and is easy to use.There is a small amount of water that leaks out of the bottom of the handle inside somewhere during normal operation, like something inside the handle isn't perfectly sealed or one of the nozzles didn't line up quite right or something. It's a slow drip, and since it's not under pressure when the shower is off it's not like it's going to waste large amounts of water or something.The "pause" slows the water to a trickle but doesn't really stop it. Close enough for my purposes - "off" would have been slightly better but most of the "pause" features say they just slow the water way down. And this one is in the handle and easy to operate - a must for the person I installed it for.The unit is plastic, obviously. It seems well enough built for that, but I don't expect it'll last more than a few years and will probably lose its shiny chrome luster long before that.It was 20 bucks, installed in 5 minutes without tools, and solves the problem the person I bought it for had. I'm quite happy with it.
