This is a great product. It’s sustained released and works well with my niacin I have to take. I don’t get that flush within the niacin when I take it together with this CoQ10. I was told by a health nutrition person that runs a nutrition store that this is the best one on the market.

Appreciate a product is time released, but feel the price could potentially be lower.

I started taking this brand of CoQ10 about two months ago on the advice of my doctor. I ran out and went without it for three days, and I could definitely tell the difference in my energy level. I felt so fatigued that all I wanted to do was sleep. I take this with a B vitamin and a magnesium supplement daily, and I have to agree with my doctor. This combination definitely helps. She does recommend specific brands, so I don't just run out and pick up anything that's on sale.

This stuff works well, lasting almost all day, helping with my overall clarity of thought. Specifically it helped me with brain fog. I highly recommend giving it a shot. This is the 2nd product i’ve used from this brand and from what I can tell it’s got. a high purity level. You pay for what you get right?
