Works OK
Love the price. The material is just OK, it's not real stetchy. And I think it could be taller to provide more coverage. The guard catches some mess, but quite a bit of feed still makes it on the floor around the cage.

bird seed catcher
This helps a lot on keeping the bird seeds off the floor but is hard to take off and make it to the trash can with the seeds it holds. Takes a bit of practice. Nice because it does not take away from seeing the birds.

This cage is OK for one bird. Notice the dimensions are measured from the bottom where the plastic is wider. The top however, is inch less or so.

Wrong item recieved
The photo clearly shows a white mesh, the one I recieved was dark blue; I have a white cage on a white stand, This didn't work for me at all. If something comes in a assortment of colors, that needs to be in the item description! The item was sent back and I was given a full refund.

Perfect for my parakeet bird cage. Could not find anything in local pet stores. Like white color and small mesh. Will buy again.
