NYOrthoGeri-Sleeves Arm Skin Protectors – Pair of and Washable Protects Sensitive Thin Skin from Tears & Abrasions

60 year old male with super thin skin here. I’m very active around the house so I’m constantly tearing my skin. Arms are embarrassing. So I bought some various protectors over a 3 week period. These are my 3rd different pair of protectors.First pair I bought were similar to this one. 2nd pair are made out of kevlar material. The kevlar can’t be beat for protection. Period. But they’re hot when wearing. These are good for every day wear and while doing small jobs. They’re not going to protect you much if you’re changing out a car engine but they’re sufficient for changing a battery.I can say these are better than what I purchased the first time. The material is a little thicker and the elasticity seems to be better. I wear these more to cover up my ugly skin. The color allows for people not to notice as much.If you’re looking for something that will protect your skin while you do tight fitting repairs, then these aren’t the right ones. But if you’re looking for something that will protect your skin as you go throughout your day, then I’d get these.PS - I hate my thin skin. 🤣

We have an enthusiastic dog. My skin tears easily sand other precautions did not work. These sleeves have helped protect my arms while being lightweight and comfortable.

i liked the ease of putting them on as I have arthritis. Washaility was also grate I have numerous skin tears and as I am blood thinners these have been a big protection. The nurse tam-tam assisted living recommended them

My mother is elderly and the skin on her arms is very delicate. The slightest brush would cause a tear/wound on her skin. These sleeves have stopped that. Her arms are healed and she has no problems wearing them. I'd recommend that you order 2 pair so you can wash them and still have one to wear.

I have very sensitive skin, prone to tearing from the slightest abrasive. These arm protectors are perfect! I don’t wear them all the time, but whenever I’m gardening or doing other activities that could cause irritation. They are comfortable and fit well. I have purchased 2 pairs so far and will probably buy one more to take when traveling.

I bought these for my husband who has very sensitive and thin skin on his arms. These really help him and are machine washable. I’ve purchased several pairs for him since they worked out so well.

Love these, they are the only ones I found that will stay up. I just wish they came in different colors.

At first I was not too much impressed but after wearing them for a couple of days doing chores that would inflict bumping into various objects that would surely bruise my arms the damage was lessened by about 75% and thats quite a lot considering I have fragile skin now and am on warfarin. Each person must make his or her own judgment tho, and your expectations should be not too high. These are no armor!
