I was experiencing some major (and quite frankly, scary) energy crashes from maxing out my adrenals on coffee & energy drinks. I couldn’t go to work and I missed all of my lectures due to how fatigued and brain-foggy I had become. For context, I have IBS, SIBO, Candida and other undiagnosed issues with my thyroid & parathyroid which exasperates under prolonged periods of stress. I was desperate but did research on increasing my intake of adaptogenic herbs, and I happened to come across this product with one of the most varied blends I’ve seen. To start I took 2 capsules at the start of my day with my usual B-vitamin complex, and this worked such a treat on my system! No digestive-related complaints either. I was able to go back to work, focus on completing my assignments and situations that would normally stress me out into an anxiety frenzy seemed to just roll off of my shoulders. I’ve also recently added the capsule contents into a cacao & collagen mix which I’ve found tasty and my preferred hot drink to start my day. I find it lends a slightly bitter, malty taste =) If you’re skeptical, give it a go! I hope this review has helped someone in a similar health predicament. Firstly and most importantly it doesn’t have the sting smell or taste like most H &B stuff has, secondly it really works!!! I’ve always been feeling tired and lazy since I was a child, having learned Chinese traditional medicine I know I’m short of “Qi” and I know that astragalus as well as ginseng can help with it, but I just can’t stand the smell and taste of them. Few days ago I decided to have a search and bought this one. It worked from day one!! My sleep quality has always been poor because I’m always have anxiety and depression, I dream too much and still feel tired after sleep for 12 hours, but after I had it for the first time I felt tired and then had a very good nap. Now I take 2 tablets after lunch and 1 after dinner, and I’m feeling more energized than ever!!

Along with other supplements designed for women’s health these have been a great addition to my morning routine. Sometimes I even extract the powder and pop in a coffee- works well!

I suffer with social and health anxiety and also depression. I have been taking these for around a month now and I can honestly say what a difference. I normally get very agitated in public spaces and on “edge” I also worry excessively with racing thoughts ect. The first difference I noticed was when waking up in the morning I had that get up and go feeling and when I was in a local post office with a big cue behind me waiting I would normally be very anxious and wanting to get out of that situation, however this didn’t happen and I felt very content in my surroundings. I can feel a certain benefit even after a short period so I will carry on taking. I’ve been taking 3 a day but plan to up the dosage gradually.

I was taking these for a while, but have had to stop taking them as they contain Ashwagandha which can worsen autoimmune issues. Ashwagandha belongs to the nightshade family, which can trigger joint issues and other autoimmune symptoms in some individuals. Also, it should only be taken short term, with breaks in between.

I bloody love these supplements! Above anything else I've ever tried, these are by far superior. I have ADHD as well as bipolar so I can't take stimulants, and have found these to be the best substitute for helping with concentration and focus. I always take them before work and notice the difference when I don't. I would definitely recommend!

I was previously taking goli ashwa gummies but thought I needed more. I’ve started taking these and waited over month before writing a review. Initially I didn’t feel a difference but after 2 weeks I started to feel much more relaxed and chilled. I also noticed I wasn’t stressing out at little things. Would recommend
