MIRYEA Progressive Multifocus Computer Reading Glasses Blue Light Blocking Readers

These glasses work great for my eyes. I am getting old, and need both reading and computer (middle distance) glasses--reading with a 3.5 magnification. I do not need glasses at all for far distance vision, as for driving.These glasses have problem free optics and sturdy, lightweight, comfortable frames. I like the styling. I had expected the top third of the lenses to have zero magnification, but that is not the case. I can't use them for distance at all. However, the glasses are narrow and easy to look over comfortably, so I don't have to take them off to see across the room. Will keep these and order an extra pair for the very reasonable price. Very pleased so far.

These are very nice progressive glasses. They are as close to being a prescription fit for me as possible. I can see clearly at all the levels. They are perfect for watching TV, reading, computer. I purchased the gold pair, and I plan on buying a 2nd pair. I just wish they came in more than gold or black colors. I can highly recommend this item. I don't think they will disappoint, especially if you don't need much correction for your distance vision.

I've worn progressive prescription glasses for 20+ years. Recently had cataract surgery and now need glasses for near and midrange - distance is 20/20. These are good quality and perfect once you get used to them. Like others mentioned, the extreme top is clear with some minimal distortion to the sides (maybe +.25 diopter). All progressives have a sweet spot for what you are looking at (which narrows your field of vision slightly) but these are as good as the $500 glasses I used to get. Don't know how long the coating will last (does give a yellow tinge to the lens), but at less than $25 a pair I'll deal.

They're light, and I still use them for detail hand work since you can look straight ahead and tilt your head to find the proper focus. It might be because I have a small inter-pupillary distance (57mm), but I can only see clearly when looking through a narrow band between the center of the lenses and the edges nearest my nose. If I shift my gaze to the left, the left eye gets a blurred image. If I look to the right, the right eye gets a blurred image. Reading lines of text on a large computer monitor leads to eyestrain in short order. This is not my first pair of progressive lenses, and I expect a bit of blur in my peripheral vision, but this pair really disappointed me. Only two stars for sturdiness because the plastic part that goes over the ears are both loose and slide about 2mm. It feels like they could easily pull completely off.

These glasses do what they promise, and vertically vary focus in a continuous way. The in-focus area at any viewing distance is a bit smaller than I would have liked. When reading, I cannot have a couple of full lines of text appear in focus at the same time, for example. Also the area that is in focus when reading or working on my computer is lower in my field of view than I would like (I have to tilt my head and/or look lower through the glasses than I would like. Last, the frame and legs of these glasses are very thin and bendy. While I'm sure they are designed strong enough to survive considerable abuse, it still doesn't feel as solid as I would like on my nose and the sides of my head, as if they would fall off. Other peoples experiences or expectations may differ, so your mileage may vary...

I always used a 3.5 diopter. Since I had cataracts in both eyes, my vision is still poor. Having started a new job 3 months ago, the insurance hasn’t kicked in yet, I needed a pair of glasses that I could wear in the meantime. I work in the hospital that involves computers, so I needed a pair of glasses that would be sufficient for both comfort and vision. The glasses themselves look nice, seem to be comfortable to wear, but…they are made for people with big heads. From temple, straight across the nose to the other temple, is wide. I tried be the nose part a bit to shorten them, but they are still to big. They still slide down my nose, and the gap between the glasses and my face is great. The vision is off. Looking straight ahead, is ok, but still blurry unless one is right on top of what one is looking at. I have had better, and I suppose I will have to wait until my insurance kicks in and get original glasses. It was worth the try, but if you have a small head they may not work for you.

I recently had cataract surgery and now have 20/20 distance vision. These glasses allow me to maintain my 20/20 vision for distance yet use my computer or read without changing glasses. Prior to surgery, I was near-sighted and wore progressive lenses all of the time. These are every bit as good as my expensive prescription glasses at a fraction of the cost.I tried the Foster Grant Conan multi-focus computer glasses and these Miryea glasses are superior in every way. They are lighter, sturdier and more comfortable to wear. My distance vision with the Foster Grant's is OK, but not nearly as sharp as with the Mirlea. I highly recommend these glasses.

PERFECT!!I had LASIK surgery in August. Being an older woman I was fully aware that I'd need readers. What I wasn’t prepared for was the need for a lesser power for computer work. I need 2.00 for reading and 1.50 to 1.75 for computer depending on whether I’m at work or at home. These allow me to read and look up at computer with ease by using different portions of the lenses. I can also look across the room when someone knocks at my door without having to remove the glasses. Exactly what I was looking for. Very well made and worth the price.
