I love this brand because you can add it to your sports drinks and the flavorless powder blends seamlessly with whatever you choose to mix it with. Usually creatine comes in some lime, or lemon flavor which grosses me out. If you prefer you can add some powdered lemon aide or juice powder to this with water for whatever flavor you want. I use grape propel powder and mix with water and it's perfect.

I got this for fibromyalgia. It helps with muscle repair and healing. I have noticed a faster repair time olus it gives me energy.I have been very happy with the customer service.I have little complaint about the taste. I am biased because i am used to diet drinks and nasty tasting health foods.It does take a good water bottle with a flavored drink mix... with lots of shaking to dissolve.I would highly recommend for all fibromyalgia suffers. Theres been studies and it is worth it.

I love it. It does the job and the follow up customer service was amazing. The day it was delivered I received an email with information on how the company suggests using the product. Then later in the week received another email asking how I liked the product and if I had any suggestions or concerns. Also the scoop was right at the top of the powder as soon as I opened it!

I don't know much about Creatine, but decided to give it a try as I increase my workouts. I can't say anything bad about this, nor good since I don't have much experience with creatine, but I will say that it is absolutely tasteless so it goes well with water, protein shake, juices, or gaterade.
