Ginger Root Extract 3000mg 180 Tablets UK Made. Pharmaceutical Grade

It is basically compacted dried ginger like you'd get from the supermarket. Difficult to swallow so you should take them with food and water. Good price especially compared to capsuels. I did buy caps before but when I opened one up it tasted nothing like ginger. These are a good and strong. A good buy if you don't mind taking with either a few swallows of water or a bit of food straight after. Best taken at meal times. Will buy again as ginger contains natural asprin with no bad side effects.

Ginger is good for the health in cold weather but just like many root extracts- can have a negative effect if you take them for too long or in too high a dose- just because they are cheap- you don't have to use them all the time: one pill each day during winter is fine- missing a day won't hurt.

The tablets arrived in good time, easy to swallow and don't taste like you've licked the floor. I would say that sticker placement training is perhaps required. I know it's quite a specific skill but a cursory glance at the packet to see which side has the dosage suggestion and which side doesn't would have helped. Pictured is the aftermath if clawing off the delivery label to see the dosage and expiry date. Otherwise no complaints.

I bought it for pain relief, not sure if it helped so far. Early days yet. At least it hasn’t got worse.
