Very Tasty and boy do these seeds grow a bunch!
I'm not usually one to enjoy "hot" flavored foods but this combo seed sprouts are just tangy enough. The radish seeds sprout with a red tint and they provide the peppery tang that's really enjoyable. I'm not using these sprouts for sandwiches but rather on top of salad greens, just like you would apply sliced radishes. Also, these seeds really produce a BUNCH of sprouts. I use 2 tablespoons of seeds, soak in water over night, then I line the sprouting tray (a plastic mesh) with paper towel and pour the seeds with fresh water over the paper towel. This prevents the seeds from rooting downward through the mesh. But the amount of sprouts from just 2 tablespoons fills a medium sized plastic tub (tuppaware like tub) and I'm just amazed each time. So I will buy these again, for sure.

Definitely not What I'm Used to!
I have only sprouted mung beans before purchasing this product. I like mung beans, after a few days of sprouting they're sort of sweet and have a fresh taste. These are nothing like mung beans! They have a bit of a kick to them.WARNING: not sure which seed, but one of them sprouts kind of fuzzy looking and I thought somehow the batch had gotten moldy. After a few tests (including growing a teaspoon as microgreens), I have come to the conclusion that one of the seeds appears fuzzy, particularly in the early days. Not sure that I will continue to repurchase. From the little that I've tried, I don't hate the taste, but it's also not my favorite. I usually prefer my food spicy, but I'm used to very mild flavors in microgreens and sprouts and eating these is currently off-putting. I think I'll try eating just this mix for a few days and see if it gets less off-putting.I really like microgreens and sprouts in all forms and feel pretty healthy when I eat them. This bunch doesn't feel unhealthy, but I'm not used to associating that kind of kick to a health-food.

Good, tiny seeds.
Tiny seeds. I was surprised until I remembered how small broccoli and radish seeds are. But no problem with my new sprouting lids. I let them green a bit - maybe 4.5 days. I like the taste.

I would buy them again.
I liked this product. They did not take long to sprout by following directions. I used a Ball mason jar and the mason jar top that strains the water to sprout these seeds. Not all of the seeds sprouted. I would say 90% of them did.

The flavors are unique.
These seeds are smaller than a blend I was nearly out of, so they seem to take longer to sprout, but it's January now, so less sun is available. The flavors are good: more character than my old brand. I can't remember precisely what the price is, but they were more expensive than I wanted them to be. But, they last a looong time, even when one has a constant supply going. I'm trying to perfect a method to eliminate most of the husks without using a lot of water. They are harmless though, and maybe add fiber, which is healthy too (to only) smart people. Fiber is healthy, only nutty people think it's not.

Fast Sprouting, Delicious Taste!
I was very happy with this product. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I soaked some of the seeds overnight, and then put the drained seeds in a closed container with a damp paper towel. Then placed it in the cupboard. By the next evening there were tiny sprouts and within 3 days they were ready to eat and I transferred them to the fridge. Nearly all of the seeds sprouted, we loved them!

Success every time
These seeds grow exceptionally well in mason jars for me. I had grown sprouting seeds in coconut fiber prior wanting to try mason jars but the seeds I had originally, although they do very well in the fiber, did not do well at all in the jars. I did a little research and decided to try this brand. In a 16oz wide mouth jar I put 2 tblsp seeds and they grow great. A full jar every time. I probay will not go back to growing any other way or with a different seed.

Item as described
Apparently cheaper than buying the grown produce at the grocer. I bought this for my wife and she seems to be defending the decision. Our salads have been great and our children are going to grow up as the product of hipsters not knowing the value of money, work or family
