Just What I Needed for My Apple Pencils and iPads
The media could not be loaded. These little silicone nis are just just what I needed. I love how it makes the Apple Pencil quietly glide across the iPad screen. I use a Paperlike screen protector on the 11-inch iPad and a Paperfeel screen protector on the iPad Mini. These nibs work great on both devices. What I also like about these silicone nibs is they do not reduce the pressure sensitivity of the Apple Pencil. I'm not an artist, but of the few scribblings I produce, I can use pressure to lightly or heavily shade items by increasing or decreasing the pressure on the pencil. I was concerned that adding a nib would cause it to lose that ability. I see my concern was unfounded.More important than the pressure sensitivity is the lack of sound. No longer do I hear the annoying tapping sound every time the pencil touches the tablets. Nor do I hear a scraping sound as I drag the pencil along. It's perfectly quiet.I like the fact that the pack comes with eight nibs. I've only had these nibs for a few days, so I don't know how long they last or whether or not they'll fall off the pencil tip. I did manage to lose one nib already. I'll be more careful going forward to see if they stay on longer. However, getting eight nibs for less than $6 will not break my budget to get another pack.

They work great !
Full discloser, I dont have the apple pen. I figured I would get an amazon dupe before spending a hundred dollars... on a pen. Any who, I love my dupe... however, the tip wears out supper quick ( I have the "paper like" screen protector on my ipad ) so I thought I would give these nibs a try. THEY WORK GREAT ! And an added plus, they significantly reduce the tapping sound.

If you go through the toppers quickly, these will save you!
I got the assorted color pack because it was the cheapest at the time and it appears as though not all of the colors have the same thickness. The pink one broke very fast for me, I think because it was very thin, while the blue variant is much thicker, but it also writes smoother and seems like it will last a long time. The white nib was somewhere in the middle, lasting a decently long time. I would probably recommend the writing experience of the blue nibs the most, but the white one was okay too. These nibs have saved me so much money, as I write with a lot of pressure on the pen and was going through the actual pen topper within a matter of days. Been using these for about a month and the pen topper has no signs of damage. One nib seems to last for 2-3 weeks for me as a heavy note-taker using a lot of force when I write (minus the pink one for whatever reason that broke in only a couple of days). Again, the writing experience seems to vary from color to color, but I've enjoyed the blue nib writing experience the best because it's the thickest and doesn't pull on the glass like rubber sometimes wants to do.

Good for a Temporary Fix
I bought these because I was waiting for my replacement tips to come in. They worked great but it doesn’t give the same satisfaction of drawing if you have the paper like screen. Also I personally just throw my pencil in my bag instead of keep a case so they were really easy to loose because they aren’t very secure 😅

Great for grip and texture
I always struggled with my apple pencil, and looked up ways to make it "grip" These little caps were the cheapest option and HOLY COW do they work. They create a nice amount of drag so that I can feel the pencil move against the device. Great for beginners learning digital art techniques on the ipad, or if you struggle with mobility with your pencil tip sliding around. Such a great solution and wonderful value.

Nubbins!
These little nubbins help dampen my rage from hearing the tapping of my Apple pen on the screen.

terrible
I used them for the first time yesterday. Within an hour of using them with my iPad they developed a hole. Absolutely Junk!

these are not ‘Pencil Tips Replacement’ but, ‘covers’ as expected
update: 8/1/2022, still the same great tips..UPDaTE: reordered these again and glad to see they are the same thick tips as before and not the thin ones that tear after a few uses that are being sold by some others!! these are worth buying and work well even on textured paper like screen protectors.these work perfectly for my every day ipad use that don’t involve fine print drawing and writing.they have reduced the annoying tapping sound made worse when i have a migraine by about 90% so am happy with these for sure.. So far i have had no issues with them, no lags/etc. except when i first put tip cover on and don’t push them on tightly enough. as long as you push them snugly onto tip, they will work great with 2nd gen apple pencil.. i don’t have a glass screen protection on my ipad pro though so i don’t know if these work just as good with one on or not..

Erschwert das Schreiben
Ich wollte es mir holen damit auf meinen Tablet keine Kratzer entstehen allerdings ist es für mich unmöglich damit zu schreiben deswegen habe ich es auch zurückgesendet

Very happy with it
The tip covers serves its purpose.- lessens the noise while writing on iPad with glass screen protector- doesn’t slip off easily- comes in different colours

production of my pen
It's not comfortable writing after put it on, but if it is for decoration or protection is ok to use it. I used it for protection, and take it off when I need to use to draw and write.

Not worth it.
The tip broke down within the first day. It’s created a hole at the nib where you can clearly see the Apple Pencil nib. I only have 2 more because I’ve had to exchange a nib each day. They haven’t lasted me a week. Not worth the price! Very disappointed. Please DO NOT waste your money.

Exactly what I was looking for
[Edited my review to add that the tips do seem to wear out every 2 weeks. That's about $50/year – which isn't a terrible price if you buy these expecting they'll need to be replaced.]I followed the instructions to apply the tips – remove the Apple Pencil tip, push the cover onto the tip really hard, then replace the Apple Pencil tip – and it's worked exactly as expected. (I have a first gen Apple Pencil.) The tip cover hasn't fallen off once. I have been using the same tip cover every day for 1 week and it's still in tact. I am using the GoodNotes 5 app on my iPad. I will say I do notice some lag/detection issues when drawing in Procreate, but for note-taking these tip covers are exactly what I was looking for.The reviewers saying it hurts their hand/wrist to write with, or that they have to push really hard to write … yes and no. I do not have a screen protector and I don't have any problems with the iPad recognizing the pen – I don't have to push hard to make a stroke on the page, but when you are writing, there is significantly more friction, so pulling the pen with every stroke you write does take a bit more effort. To write one word, it's not noticeable, but if you are taking notes for hours, you might notice your hand is sore. (No more sore than writing with a real pen and paper, probably!)
