Buffalo Games - Josephine Wall - Earth Angel - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

Loved the puzzle. Very nice and challenging. Problem: Two missing pieces as attached photo indicates.***UPDATE*** First, Buffalo Games customer service is 5 star. They sent us a 2nd puzzle free of charge. Then, while working on the second puzzle we found the 2 missing pieces from the first puzzle under the cushion of the chair we sit in while doing our puzzling. We found them just by happenstance as a result of repositioning the cushion. We’d looked there initially when trying to find the missing pieces but didn’t notice them at the time. We’ve contacted BG directly via email asking them to provide instructions on how to pay for the 2nd puzzle as clearly this was our blunder and we want to keep the 2nd puzzle to hang it in one of the kids’ rooms. Our sincerest apologies for this mishap.

Wonderful puzzle. I am so happy. I was looking for a puzzle that was actually a challenge and this lived up. So colorful, durable, easy fit, and not too easy. If you like a little bit of a challenge this one is great.

I LOVE this puzzle! Not only is it beautiful but it is fun. There are some parts that are easier than others. If you sort the pieces out by similar color schemes you kind of end up with distinct piles for various sections of the puzzle. I left the harder parts for last (the night sky wings and the bottom right colorful paint bit) and the puzzle was not easy but also not so hard that I got frustrated, which often happens for me. I'm happy I got this one!

Buffalo puzzles are high print quality. This artist is surprising as there are unseen faces within her puzzles that make them more fun. Most importantly, Buffalo addition of a poster of the puzzle is great, especially for those of us with older eyes. One of my Buffalo puzzles was recently missing the poster. I contacted the company and had the poster within 3 business days with no additional charge. Thank you, Buffalo!

Really fun puzzle. Challenging but the individual scenes make it more approachable. Only problem is the pieces are not very sturdy and some of the layers separate and lift on the tabs (sticky outie bits). I only do puzzles once so not a big deal for the first go but I do like to pass along to others or trade.

A good way to pass time during this Pandemic ! I do put backing on the finished puzzles and have clear archivalplastic sleeves to protect them . I have finished six and have three more to make 👍😍. My husband says we couldpaper a room with them soon 🤣 ! (He's just kidding!)

Beautiful puzzle. We bought it for my mother in law (who collects "angels") and she sent us a photo of the finished puzzle. She said parts were difficult, but it was a fun challenge and she enjoyed it a lot. Every piece was present and fit together perfectly. Vibrant colors.

Loved this puzzle! It was difficult but very interesting to put together with family. We glued it afterwards to use as a picture. Now I wish I hadn't done that right away. I would have liked to try to put it together again by myself. Great puzzle and beautiful too!
