Fantastic future proof laptop
Many reviews seem to focus on seller specific issues rather than the product itself. A fantastic laptop with future proof insides Whizzes through tasks with ease. Fan noise completely acceptable even at max load. More than capable of handling recent game releases and loads up Adobe software super fast. The second screen is an ever so slight gimmick however one that does often surprise with the extra visual space it offers. All-in-all a fantastic product.

Fantastic screen and the love lower touch pad screen very useful
Very solid feel good keyboard, is better used on the desk as not many areas to get hold of that aren’t active. So if you try using it on your lap it can be fiddly It is also heavy and can get hot if you are working it hard so not really portable but suits my needs perfectly as house bound desktop replacement.I got the I9 version and it is vey fast also boots up very quickly The WiFi is very quick but surprised it doesn’t have an Ethernet port, can be added with the dock but at the price it is I think it should be included. Over all I really like it and it certainly looks different.

OK
The lower screen is a much lower quality than the main screen. Only 1 USB-C port and 2 old school. No USB charging. Seems a bit mean given the price. Not sure about the ASUS "app" that controls the lower screen as yet, but cannot change it to English language from American and it may not even be needed. Also a dense piece of kit. Not figured out how to turn off the weird vomit coloured LED on front as yet. No idea why it's even there. To get Windows to install without an account go to the BIOS settings and turn off audio and wireless, so no Internet and no Cortana. Say Yes to everything that defaults No and No to everything that defaults Yes!Added picture of the cable to disconnect to stop the "vomit light" working. Apparently it's for Alexa.

Stunning Laptop, but not for VR
It's an absolutely stunning laptop which I use for daily work. The additional screen is extremely useful and with both being 4K it's incredible how productive this device can help you to be. Speed wise, with the 8 core (16 Hyperthreaded... in a laptop!) it's stunningly fast even with heavyweights light Photoshop and Unity3D. The trackpad is ok, but I prefer to add a mouse. Keyboard can feel a bit cramped but not much more than most laptops and understandable trade off for two screens. The one major downside (for me) is that its a crying shame that it isn't a VR ready laptop.. with all that power and an amazing GPU there is seemingly no way to connect an Oculus Rift S.. the USB-C port is Thunderbolt (good) but hard wired to the motherboard Intel GPU rather than the 2060 :-( It really really needed a displayport or to have had the USB-C wired to the 2060 GPU.Update: After almost 4 months of daily use I can honestly say this machine is fantastic.... it's a real joy to work with and even during the Coronavirus outbreak where I'm having to work from home rather than revert to using my (very powerful) desktop PC I've plugged the laptop in and am using it as my daily workhorse... it's that good.However.... I worry... the laptop crashes. Every few days the screens go blank or look all corrupt. There is something not right with the electronics and it's a real worry. It's not a Windows crash there is something going on with the hardware. At the moment it's rebooting OK when I hold the power button and then switch it back on but I worry a lot that the laptop will not recover. I'm thinking of getting a replacement under warranty.Update: After one year I still say this laptop is an amazing device *but*.... and it's a big but... It just stops working far more often than any other device I've ever owned. Now 100% looking at what can be done under the warranty (if anything) as I'm very very nervous that this machine will just simply fail completely soon. It's now got to the stage where it can be multiple times per day that it simply switches itself off without warning, not good at all.

Worst laptop ever owned
This laptop is a terrible disappointment. It is slow, overheats, has less than 1 hour battery life and has many serious issues such as flickering webcam, random blue screens, restarts etc.The OLED screen has a visible grill (touch screen) that torments the eyes, is not very bright and HDR loses all colour vibrancy and is clearly not tested. Screen is also only 60Hz. The lower screen is sluggish as it works just like a USB external screen. Poorly implemented novelty. The angle is also such at its not really usable. The laptop / Windows 10 can not be trusted to sleep as it will wake randomly in a laptop bag and cook itself. From cold boot takes over 1 minute to boot. Far slower than other 5 year old laptops I own.The heat it chucks out the side is ridiculous even while viewing simple web pages.I have owned and used many laptops and this is the worst by far. Avoid.

Greatest purchase I’ve made in my life!
I’ve had this laptop for just a little over a month and I’d like to begin by saying: what a beast! This model may just be the most perfect combination of aesthetics, efficiency and performance. It covers my needs as a design student and game lover, its performance on high resolution is impeccable and its portability can surprisingly outrun other models I’ve used.Needles to say this models specs are over the top to its size.Overall, one of the greatest purchases I’ve made in my life.
