The original battery, probably after being fully recharged, would, in several days, without using, need another recharge before using!!!! After changing to the new battery, it now holds its charge, until I am ready to use it again!! Marvellous!!

After trying to rejuvenate the original Bose battery (all the usual stuff including freezing for 24hrs - take care if you do this and follow the instructions on the web...) after the unit fell into the hot tub ... decided to try a replacement battery as the unit powered up after drying and connected via bluetooth to the iphone. It displayed the red flashing battery symbol regardless of the battery being fitted or unfitted. New battery plugged in first time, no issues, looks the part.Well packaged, even comes with the Torx screw driver (nice touch).Bose is now singing its little heart out behind me - excellent. I just need to decide now if I want to return it to my Brother-in-Law! :)

everything’s work perfectly, then suddenly one day after used for few days turn on automatically and the battery indicator lights turn red and goes off!! After that i try to charge it again for about one hour but there was no sign of charging battery again!! Very very disappointed after long hour try everything!!!

Great replacement battery, fits well, speaker back to as new performance. Included torx driver is a nice touch.

It fitted perfectly, took a charge without issue and powered the loudspeaker for the couple of hours I was using it. It is too early to give a full review, as I need to see how long it survives before it needs replacing.

I can only give an indifferent review because I got this hoping it would solve the dreaded ‘red power symbol of death’ that some of these soundlinks suffer from. Sadly, it didn’t make the blindest difference and so it was returned..

Such a brilliant idea 2 screws, clip out click in , charge up! Such a brilliant idea.... then they changed it.... why fix wot ain't broken!

Was skeptical about buying a non oem battery. Comes neatly packaged. All the labeling is good quality and has exact same look, feel and weight as original battery.Also comes with handy Torx screwdriver to make swap out easy.Not sure how long it will last for but for now it is working perfectly and is way cheaper than buying a whole new Bose unit !!
