This past year we've wanted her to understand why our family believes certain tenants in the Christian faith. These books have been really helpful for her and have provided great discussion topics for our family. They're written for kids using their language, includes illustrations, stories and good questions to think about and discuss. We also have a good number of families and kids at our church that are not Christian but have questions that "The Case for..." series has really helped in processing. While the books come from a Christian background and is written by a leading Christian apologetics author, it's good for both religious and non-religious kids and families.

Great book for kids.
I bought this for my nephews, but I read it first. It's a great, simplistic way to explain creation by a creator. It all boils down to this... 1) You put your faith in the extremely unlikley odds it took for the earth to be inhabitable or... 2) You put your faith in God and in His Word that he created it and it didn't happen by chance.

Excellent book
I got this book for my 6 years old but it really is more of a 9-10 years old book. He stilled enjoyed it but I'm not sure he gets it all. What I appreciated most was that it gave him words on how to explain things to his friends. Overall, it is an excellent book. I would recommend it for older kids.

case for a creator for sure!
We bought this for my son's friend's 6th birthday. His parents are atheists but their son has started asking some questions about the origins of the universe and what happens after death so we hoped this would help answer some of those questions. As an adult it was easy to read in a day and useful for reaffirming how everything in creation points to our loving Creator, God of the Bible. Lee strobel puts points across in a clear manner that would get even adults thinking about these things!
