Its a very bad quality product .i bought this and it stops working in 3 and half month .I register my complaints many time on their whatsapp then they replied that whatever repair charges in that 50% have to be born by customer.Do not buy any longway product. there 5 year warranty also fake.

Worst product I have come across. Feeling cheated and going to file a complaint in consumer court.1st delivered product was not working, got replacement by Amazon. Just 3 months after installing product the out put water suddenly started getting current . This would have almost KILLED my family member.I called the company one Vivek Sharma picked up from Delhi. He started blaming me for buying the product. He started saying in Bangalore there is hard water and this is not what I have to buy, though my building has hard water treatment.After some argument he gave me one number to contact 8750593593 and sked him to give his name. For last 2 weeks I am trying to contact this number, it is always busy and you almost never reach the agent. After 2 minutes it will ask you to record your message so that we can get back. No body called back despite 5 calls.I have been taken for a ride, and I almost got electrocuted.

I bought this in Oct'18 and has not been working for more than a month now. It started leaking out of the blue and then stopped heating. The leakage has stopped but not heating. I have been trying to reach customer care for over a month now but have not been successful. Its a mobile number but with IVR like a call center which keeps on saying all the agents are busy. Once I was able to reach someone who sounded like was traveling on his bike and he asked me to Whatsapp the invoice and the photo/video of the issue. Its been a week since I have sent this but have not heard back from them. This is the worst I have ever experienced about any product I have ever bought from anywhere. Now i will have to shell from my pocket to get it fixed. The warranty on this product is bloody useless.

Hopeless product. The geyser received was defective and didn't work on installation for which I paid Rs.500/- to the plumber. When the Amazon agent came for return pickup alongwith another person, they were negligent and shattered the washbasin and my daughter had a narrow escape. I had to spend more than Rs.6500/- on replacement of the broken washbasin.

My personal views & experiences on Longway Hot Spring Instant water Heater/Geyser after 2 months of usage.1. Heating is good, gives hot water instantly within 2 to 3 minutes.2. Easy to install. More like Plug N Play.😁3. Product quality is good, durable Power Cord and socket.4. Consumes less electricity.5. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends. 👍

It's value for money. Does its job well. I'm more than satisfied as I'm using it for kitchen as well as washing machine and it gives continuous flow of normal water ie neither hot nor cold for longer usage.

Awesome product. Using continue. For last 1year and still there is no tinny issue arise.we use very rough and tough manner as we have child who make switch on off multiple time.no issue or fault.on the same time some customer reviews on product just confusing me and defame the company. It's not required any installation team ,just need your home electrician who can easily mount it as per required place.thanx manufacturer for such product competitively rather than market branded product as it's much economical than other brands.if this type of fake opinion/suggestion providers has an issues than they definitely fell free to contact me.i will favour the manufacturer.disgusting fakers.
